Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and NYK Holdings LLC, the company that operates Relapsd. By creating an account, accessing the app, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Relapsd.

The Service

Relapsd is a science-first system designed to help you reduce and recover from substance use. It provides tracking tools, structured protocols, and coaching content built on published research.

Relapsd is not a medical provider, and nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician before making decisions about your health, and seek emergency help if you are in crisis. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We will tell you in advance if prices change, and any new price applies to the billing period after the change takes effect. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at legal@relapsd.com and we will review your situation in good faith.

Prohibited Use

To keep Relapsd safe and reliable, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Share your account, resell access, or let others use your credentials.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the app or its systems.
• Copy, redistribute, or republish our content without written permission.
• Upload anything harmful, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.

Disclaimers

Relapsd is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the service accurate and dependable, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, uninterrupted access, or that the app will be error free. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, and you use Relapsd at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYK Holdings LLC and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Relapsd. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NYK Holdings LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
